Vratsa Region
Vratsa is a small region, located in the northwestern part of Bulgaria. Its territory covers parts of the Danube plain and Stara Planina. The Ogosta, Scat and Iskar rivers cross the region.
With its diverse, unique and beautiful scenery, the Vratsa Region offers excellent opportunities for tourism – ecological, rural, hunting and cultural. There are also many archaeological and historical monuments in the region.
