The Fotinovo waterfalls – part of the 100 national tourist sites, are located near the village of Fotinovo – in the Rhodope Mountains, about 30 km south from the town of Peshtera. They are formed during the passage of the River Fotinska through rocks forming 3 falls, the largest of which is about 16 meters. You can reach the waterfalls by going down from the village of Fotinovo on a trail starting from the town hall. After reaching the Fotinska River, the trail runs along the river and after about 1 hour you can reach the Fotinovo waterfalls.
